De Courcey Albion beat the older albion players 4-1 yesterday in a fund raiser at Eli Lilly. The new crop of players went ahead after 5 minutes with a dubious penalty decision that John Duggan cooly slotted home. Duggan doubled his tally after 30 minutes to make it 2-0 at half time.

The second half was full of drama as the older team were awarded a penalty when the scumbag dived in the area. Francis Harrington scored a well taken penalty which was all in vain when Ronan O’Driscoll scored 2 goals in 5 minuted to make it 4-1.
